Growth Habit: upright maturing at 8 feet
USDA Zone: 5-8
Exposure: filtered to full sun
Growing Conditions: well drained soils
Comments: Blue-green juvenile foliage is identical to C. 'Ivan's Column' ('Blue Surprise') and could easily be mistaken for it as a young plant. As it matures though, it develops into a narrow upright with short stubby arms similar to Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Spiralis'. A choice selection for the garden.
Plant Size: 9-10 inch
