Comments: Large growing, semi-evergreen fern will tolerate drier sites when established, but will perform best in areas with more water. Erect fronds will reach 4-5 feet high and provides a spectacular backdrop in the woodland garden. This natural occurring hybrid between D. celsa and D. ludoviciana is nearly sterile and garden propagation is by division.
