Comments: Our group of bureavii have been grown from seed collected in the Yunnan Province in China on an expedition 5 years ago. Known more for its foliage than its flowers, but it does have pretty white flowers dotted with maroon red. As new growth appears it is completely covered front and back with white wool. The top tomentum gradually disappears to expose a glossy leaf. The white indumentum changes to a deep cinnamon brown as it ages.
