Comments: Tiny blue-green needles with silver undersides on this dwarf selection of Serbian spruce. Growing 2-4 inches a year into a bun-shaped plant eventually reaching 2-feet high x 4-feet wide. Found as a witch's broom in Czechoslovakia.
